I love my special dentist!

They are such a great service. I have dental phobias, arthritis in my jaw and also extreme covid caution. They bend over backwards to make the whole experience as less stressful as possible. I am so thankful for them. I wish every service was like them! The world would be so much a friendlier and better place for us autists and probably for everyone else too.

    Can you get someone to call for you? That would be the easiest way to actually get the appointment.

    If you are anxious more about the visit though - what have you tried to calm down before the visit previusly? Any medication?

    You may find speaking to the dentist will let you find a way to self medicate before so it lowers your anxiety on the day and makes it an altogether less unpleasant thing.

    Maybe have a close friend come with you to support you.
