What happens at night? Instead of sleeping is she talkative? Is she tired in the morning?
if she seems like she can live on 5 hours of sleep it could be ADHD - she’s wired to require much more exercise than she might be getting. Buy a trampoline.
But if she’s asking bigger questions than she can understand and frustrated by unsolvable problems, she may need more intellectual stimulation than she’s getting: exhaust her brain.
it could also be food allergies or blue light emission from LEDs, from out doors. Buy a small halogen lamp for her room at night and blackout curtains. Don’t allow exposure to screens before bed and encourage books under the halogen. See lightaware.org. LEDs and other unnantural light sources can cause a kind of anxiety.
