Just a little whinge....I am so tired!!!

Hello everyone,

I thought it would be nice to have a little whinge to others who probably understand exactly how it feels....

I have a problem with fatigue which is probably mostly caused by my anxiety which is mostly caused by my Aspergers, particularly trying to figure out what's going on with other people and being overwhelmed/overstimulated.  I'm married with kids but feel like I'm not doing such a great job at the moment - with everyone spending a lot of time on computers.

And I love Christmas but get myself in a bit of a tizzy doing shopping.  Plus we have financial worries right now, as many do, I know.

And my parents are gone (Mum passed away in July), with my brothers having caused a huge fight and people not speaking, so that is contributing a lot to my anxiety right now.

Anyway, just wanted to tell someone that I am bone tired....I keep getting up again but I wish my energy was improving rather than getting worse.

Going to start a new health kick this week.

Thanks for reading/listening! I don't particularly need advice just wanted to complain. Slight smile

  • You take it steady there mate !  Please be careful with yourself.  Don't take your (undoubted) capabilities for granted like I did.  Like you, I didn't particularly want or need advice, I just felt like whinging.

In my experience, there is a lot of truth regarding the metaphor of the boiled frog !  Slowly loosing 3% of your total energy capacity each and every week proved more dangerous for me in the long term, despite reliably surviving (and then recovering from) the 35% -55% blows that all in one go.

It's good to whinge - and this is a good place for that - but please do also keep checking in on yourself.

    Best regards
