Hi am 33 and been in mental health services for about 10 years been treated for a personality disorder and social anxiety and post traumatic stress most recently the pyshcologist and pyshtratrist seem to think I may have aspergers I've had some tests today. Am I correct in saying that if I get diagnosed with that there won't be much help they can give me. The lady said she can't give me formal diagnosis but it will give her idea of what is wrong. Can I insist on a diagnose from another health care trust. Can you basically gibe me information on it all as I feel v ill with it all and highly agitated.

  • if that is the case, you will be in refraction,, basically the diagnosis you have currently have social anxiety, ptsd and personality disorder would become secondary conditions of autism which is a life-long condition. With refraction you would not have reacted to the meditation or recovered in the normal timeline, as autism is a primary, non-changing life condition which you can adapt and cope with under guidance.

    One of the key fundamentals in aspergers is anxiety, social anxiety, social communication and sensory sensitivity. I can see why social anxiety, ptsd and personality disorder maybe diagnosed incorrectly.

    Unfortunately, you will just have to wait and see. All the best for the future. Please Don't worry.
