Head Twitches/Jerks??

Hi, I'm misty. I'm 24 and have autism. I've noticed that lately I get a lot of headaches and odd feelings in my head and that at times my head will twitch/jerk to the left like three times. It's over in seconds but I'm not sure what causes it. I do have anxiety so I wonder if it's that. But I'm unsure.

Have any of you ever had this? Or if you know what it is could you tell me please. Thank you x

    Thank you both for your inputs. I did go to my doctor and was sent for tests to the hospital and it turned out to be a brain tumour, not cancerous but it was growing and pressing nerves causing spasms on my left side and the headaches.

    I've since had it removed via surgery and am doing far better. No headaches or spasms for over 3 months now.
