Hi . I'm after some advice for my 9 year old son please . He has a diagnosis of autism and ADHD. He has been under a number of different doctors and nurses as he will not poo on the toilet he holds his poo for weeks at a time he has been on different medications which give him upset tummy he just holds it in and then we get marks in pants he has had tests and scans they all say it's just constipation. He drinks plenty of water and has a good diet . This has been going on since he was a toddler quite often he will come out of school dirty I've tried everything and I don't know what to do to help him I'm scared for his future as he starts high school in two years and I'm worried he will get bullied for smelling and pooing him self . Please can anyone help a desperate mum in despair thankyou
