Sleeping all morning and afternoon

Today, I had a cutting Migraine; which Bedridden me until 4:40 pm; apart of a few periodic times awake. I couldn't get Paracetamol from the shop quick enough. However, my head's okay now. I attended a Month's Mind Mass in Dungannon; this evening.

  • The worst Migraine I ever had lasted for over 6 months.  Every day I woke up with a splitting headache, I tried everything.

    • Painkillers, paracetamol, ibuprofen, codeine were only slightly effective in numbing the pain.
    • I bought new pillows and a new my mattress.
    • I tried sleeping on my back on my side.
    • I bought carbon monoxide detectors.
    • I tried not taking any painkillers to avoid building up a tolerance to them.

    Nothing worked.  Eventually after six months the Migraine eased and disappeared.
