Hello,

Sorry if this has already been asked and I am just being silly and cannot find it..

My daughter has recently been diagnosed with autism and I do not understand the scores on the letter......

She scored 7 for social affect and 5 for restricted and repetitive behaviours with an overall total of 12........ does anyone know what that means??!

  • You should really ask them for an explanation. They should not leave you with these mysteries. These seem to be just measures they use, but they evidently have shown little regard for your feelings. Possibly NAS could come in here with some advice. Hope you get some help soon to resolve this.
