Hi guys, just posting on here to see if anyone's had any similar experiences. I'm 21, diagnosed at 17, and a few weeks ago I had a tonic-clonic seizure for the first time ever. I've never had any type of seizure before (to my knowledge), and I have no idea what could have caused it except that early that morning I woke up feeling really overwhelmed and agitated and ended up having a really bad meltdown that lasted a solid half hour. I felt kinda sensitive and not myself the rest of the day, and then that night I had the seizure.
Never happened before, no family history of epilepsy or seizures for any reason, just really out of nowhere. Could it have been caused by my meltdown or just high stress levels in general?
