Motivation to lose weight

I need to, as a bottom line, get below 21 Stone - I'm currently 23 Stone 2 1/2 Pounds - in order to receive Life Cover from the Law Society's Financial Advisor. It is the only bone of contention for him.

I know what I need to do; it's just developing a plan to occupy myself better, to avoid eating out and grazing.

  • I think it'll be hard to "avoid" foods because you'll just end up craving them more. If you want to graze, there's many crispy and crunchy vegetables, like lettuce, carrots, and so on, and you can eat it with a homemade dip, but to be honest, it might not sound all that appetizing, but at least having an alternative is better than having nothing to eat at all. I think that diet plans work better when there are alternatives to food, rather than not eating food you like at all. I mean there are some people who can just eat boiled chicken with no seasoning, with a few vegetables on the side, for weeks, and I don't know how they do it, but they manage to do it. 

    Anyways, I hope you succeed in your weight loss journey.
