Hi
I don't mean less fit due to age differences, I'm talking about their general approach towards being fit and healthy. This is targeted towards teenagers and young adults, cause kids usually dont know any better
Edit: wow this has turned out to be a very unpopular opinion lol
Edit2: this opinion only pertains to parents with poor overall fitness, and not against parents who have specific illnesses that prevent them from being fit
Edit3: most of you are spitting out the exact same arguments, and I should've included the answers to those in the original post cause they are important points( my fault). If i dont reply to your comment it means that I've already answered it in another thread, just search for it or something idk
