Veganism

  1. Are they any vegans out there?
  2. Would you consider veganism if you are not a vegan already?

I have found veganism to be really fun and interesting and a great way to keep healthy as long as I keep taking my B12.

I also like to walk and use my bike instead of the car.  I find that once i have tried something, it is easier to do the next time.

What do you like to do in order to keep fit and of healthy wait?

  • While this can actually be healthy for the male sex, it is not suggested for the biology of Females. One need not intake meat every day and one not even need to eat the amount which we do in this society.

    I have seen too many teenage females suffer severe repercussions in their health and well-being for giving into the virtue signalling around this. They don't want to be judged. Many times they don't come from the sort of wealth that can afford supplements or have the time in their schedule to work out how to meal-plan for nutritional value. If moderation could come back into a healthier way of being, they would benefit from it. Even a steak once a month would literally change some of these young ladies compromised states.
