Please help. I understand my name may cause offence but I'd rather be honest about what I am. I didn't choose to be born autistic and psychopathic. The architect of the universe dealt me a hand of cards and all I can do is play them while minimizing the harm I cause to others.
I would like to ask whether there is any descriptor documents similar to ESA & PIP for the Disabled Facilities Grant?
I have the following problems.
1. I have had no working boiler & radiators for 2 years.
2. I was scammed by a rogue trader and I have a half finished bathroom that leaks water into my kitchen.
3. I have no carpets on any floors or on my stairs so my house is nearly as cold as outside.
4. I need a working shower with hot water to manage an incontinence issue out as I regular have a number 2 issue.
5. Due to lack of a shower I now have a serious bacterial infection / set of sores on my bum and feet.
I need to find some information as I have been refused a DFG over the telephone twice.
I am ashamed to ask for help. I dont think I deserve it because of what I am. A psychopath. But I have no choice.
