Very sad dysregulated for 2 days

My boy has enjoyed the start of half term but the last 2 days he has either shouted or cried. He has hardly slept. He doesn’t know why. It is so upsetting and we can’t appease him. Any ideas??

I'm sorry to hear that you son has been demonstrating this behaviour. Individuals on the spectrum can often display behaviour that may be challenging. There will generally be a reason for this and it is important to try and understand the trigger for the behaviour when developing strategies.
