I'm dosed with cold symptoms. Then, I decided to voluntarily self-isolate rather than take a lateral flow test. It's, perhaps, God telling me to slow down and stop running like a headless chicken.
I have hydrogen peroxide mouthwash in my bathroom; it requires diluting. That's how I'll deal with my symptoms. Nature over nurture.
