Hi, my son (23) will be moving into supported living in the new year. Looking to buy him a cookery book as part of his Christmas present pile this year - any suggestions for easy to follow ones? I see loads of printable pdfs on Pinterest which are great so guess I could print/laminate but if any one has any recommendations I’d be grateful.
He reads pretty well, and can follow simple written instructions.

Joe wick's is pretty good real simple quick and easy recipes. Fresh and healthy too. Just avoid the meals heavy in carbs as he sergests some of his recipies are for bulking
