Sensory seeking and avoidant behaviours

Hi!

I just would like to hear from some sensory seekers about the types of sensory input you need. What senses does it affect? Does it fluctuate? And if you're a sensory avoidant person, does your sensory issues fluctuate and depend on the context you find yourself in?
