I've a house to keep clean, with no one else to do it for me, and I've always been more productive at night.
I might have hypomania, along with the insomnia. The Autism doesn't make life easier, though. Up all night, tumble-drying clothes and towels from half three to ten past eight. (clothes and towels dried separately)
How is it possible to destress? I've done meditation before. It's just temporary relief. Then back to the fun house.
Apologies for the rant. I'm meant to take my friend and I to Lidl later today.

The food you eat influences your body, which influences your mind and your emotions and your sleep cycles, because the gut is a major producer of neurotransmitters that are essential to the function of your brain, so if you can't think of anything else you can do that would destress you, try to eat things that have the nutrients that your body needs to function well. And also try to take out infammatory foods that can stress your system out.
I usually make an hour to listen to music whilst lying down or sitting in the sun.
