On 19th July, England will be celebrating Freedom Day. A long overdue return to normal will. How are you going to mark the occasion of the ending of Lockdown and of all the restrictions? I shall be a doing a little freedom dance of joy!

I was out all day yesterday, 16 July, everything was open.
On the buses the official line was masks by law not by choice. Reality was half of passengers didn't bother.
Pubs were open, crowded, outside and in people standing and drinking with no masks.
People driving in cars with masks under their chins, not around mouth and throat.
I, however, will continue to wear a mask until I use up my stock.
On Wednesday I have an appointment at the job centre with my universal credit job advisor, I will attend and follow the official instructions insisting on masks, it should be interesting how others dress and behave.
yeah, job centers i never liked for germs as it was anyway.... not to sound snobby but the state of some of the people that go in there, yeah, i always used my sleeve to touch door handles even before corona was a thing in there lol
not to sound snobby but the state of some of the people that go in there,
Yes. That is snobbish and will offend many people, not me.
I'm unemployed and unemployable for many reasons, one is being unable to fit in anywhere, not even with people in job centres. I've been thrown out of jobs, training courses, for long term unemployed etc.
I, however agree that the standard of hygiene of people in job centres is deplorable.

We are unproductive because,(in my case), we are different and are rejected.
In job related aptitude tests I am always near the top, then I get rejected because my body language is odd I have been told many times that I'm unemployable because of my past.
So we rely on state benefits to survive.
I will surrender my PIP entitlement
Why would you do that? It's hard enough to get it in the first place. If you are entitled, there's a reason - why not put it away as an investment?
aye ive been on welfare and in these weird schemes myself all my life, cant get job.
people in job center though, they are all open sneezers that will sneeze right in your face. they dont cover, they probably never wash their hands too. most people in society is like this though which is why we have such big problems with viral spread. hell i was walking through town one time and someone sneezed right in my face as he walked passed me and carried on as if that was normal... i got sick day after. ad during lockdown some bint stood holding her baby so far close behind me that her baby sneezed all over the back of my neck. yeah the population in general i consider to be rather disgusting lol no one seems to have any germ sense or consideration for others or any hygiene.
I haven't been to a Jobs and Benefits office for over two years, now.
To be honest, I was more cheesed off at the playing of Magic FM from the Smart TVs. It's hardly a place for happy-go-lucky music.
In fact, once I receive the money from the sale of my home and land, I will surrender my PIP entitlement and talk to my financial advisor about an investment which yields a weekly 'Income'. It would give me a, much-needed, sense of normality.
