Supplements or 'alternative therapies'

-what's your thoughts on them? Do they help?

  • Hypnotherapy used to work really well for me. Then a few traumas seemed to cut off my receptiveness to it. But I'd recommend giving it a go. I think it helped because it by passes all the busy reasoning mind.

    Meditation can also be helpful like that, but guidance is recommended. Too much all at once can open up too much.

    Not for everyone; depends on your religious beliefs, but spiritual healing from the healing circles of the Spiritualist Churchrs is good for me.

    Personally i couldnt do hypnotherapy,as too scared it'd affect me(seizures,as trances caused some of them)-hard to explain.

    I do Muse headband to try and calm.

    I just started reiki on a monthly basis when can afford,my dad done with churches,worked for him up to a point.

    Something similar to Reiki i tried once(tho lady now retired) was cranial sacral therapy-that was good,but nowhere in area now. Was about 15 miles away where had once.
