I hope you are doing well. I have a suggestion for anyone with mirror issues or who doesnt feel connected to their reflection.
This suggestion is to try to look at your reflection in a "non-reversing" mirror . There are phone apps which may also work.
This suggestion is based on the fact that you may feel more connected to your reflection if your reflection visually behaves the same way as you instead of a manner that is reversed horizontally.
In other words, in a normal mirror when you blink your right eye the reflection blinks its left eye, but in a "non-reversing" mirror when you blink your right eye your reflection blinks it's right eye also.
