Sore right foot

I went for a walk yesterday, and my right foot became painful around the arch leading up to the heel.

I called the out-of-hours surgery. The nurse on call suggested soaking the foot. I have Epsom Salts, from last year's shopping at Holland and Barrett, and I'll keep at that.

I need better trainers.

    I have one pair of trainers that I bought from overseas as I needed to get a really good pair  that fit my feet - I have terrible trouble with shoes. I haven't worn them for a bit as have not been fit enough to go out for a long walk or go running, but have a good pair of 'sensible shoes", that make all the difference.

    Have you ever had trouble with Plantar Fasciitis? This previously has given me foot pain. Anyway, hope it settles down for you. x
