Housing Crisis

I think there is a huge housing crisis out there.

I am not happy with the place I am in and I would like to move to a better place. But I cannot find a way to move somewhere else. I feel that I am stuck.

I do not know what else to do. I often feel desperate.

I wonder if you are happy with your housing situations...

    I rent from a housing association, the rent is fair (a lot cheaper than a private rent), repairs are carried out relatively rapidly, insulation good (leading to affordable heating bills), most neighbouring tenants are ok (apart from some occasional noise nuisance).  I am basically satisfied with my housing situation.

    In many areas there are a number of social housing providers (housing associations, council etc).  If you can work from home and are not tied to a particular area, you could live in a cheaper part of the country
