I was having a drive today, and was frustrated by roadworks and electricity-maintenance work. Then I was at a Farm Supplies shop, to buy Work Socks for a friend's birthday, and saw knives for sale. It entered my mind to use them.
I talked through it with my Key Worker, and I feel better now.
This is so alarming to read but gives such strong evidence for the need for support and most importantly someone to talk to who will listen.
