I had a meltdown this evening. I had to go to the local shops THREE times this evening. And the traffic heading back from work showed no mercy.
Today I made slow-cooked chicken but realised that there was no foil.
My head was about to explode. But now I need to relax. Need to settle down before tackling the dishes.
yeah you go and calm your hectic mind out and give it time to process everything
i am here if you wanna talk
Hi,
I'm sorry that happened to you. Here what I do:
- Have a good cry (trust me it helps!)
- Get out my phone and go onto the Calm app and listen to some music or do a mediation. Breathe in and out with the music - take your time, no rush.
- Speak to someone about what happened. Talking about feelings helps you 'blow it out' and gets rid of that anger, fear and sadness.
- Then, do the dishes, then sit in my study, go on my laptop and relax. Or read in bed. Or have a bath.
Hope this helps x
Hello just sit and breathe slowly for a while that’s what I do.
