Sleep schedule concerns

21 F here. But a few questions, lets say I sleep irregularly. Some days at night. Some days in the day. All 8 hrs. Sometimes more. Could this be contributing to anxiety and the fall of my already bad mental health? (Currently unmedicated for anything) I have depression and anxiety. I get really jumpy at times when I have irregular sleep schedules and at times I have hypnic jerks, I believe they are called. I went to the doctor recently and everything physically was fine! So I task it up to my mental health and sleep schedule. Any advice or concerns would be much obliged. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Have yet to post on here or anywhere before.

Also I Google advice for this or questions and it just makes me more paranoid or of no help. Thanks guys!
