I called Lifeline - Northern Ireland version of Samaritans - twice tonight. (not at risk, just to hear a voice over the phone)
Now, I'm listening to a Rachmaninov Piano Sonata and trying to get through the morning.
Any Zoom chinwags possible? Even Skype?
I'm not in danger, just numb with depression. I was hypomanic during the week and compulsively bought stuff online. It's not the price that is the issue, just the level of collateral I have.
I don't feel tired.
