medication for anxiety?

Hi

I'm new to the forum. I'm 21 (almost 22!) and I've recently been diagnosed with aspergers, my question is do any people here also have anxiety use medication to help cope with it? What are you perscibed? And does it help?

I posted this under another topic but then realised it will be better in here!

thank you Smile

  • No, none at (for me), other than the fact it's addictive. Hence why you can't get it as a repeat perscription. Top stuff in my opinion.

I can't swallow meds, but the emergency GP said I could "eat" them and they were really small. I was only on a 2mg dose and it was great, it sorted my back/neck out, I stopped teethgrinding and my mind calmed down. I was spitting a lot less venom while on these.
