Dear whatnots2015,
I am so sorry to hear that you've been going through such a challenging time in your marriage. Thank you for sharing this with us as it's a step in getting some support.
You may like to contact our Autism Helpline team who can provide you with information and advice . You can contact the team via telephone on 0808 800 4104 (Monday to Thursday 10am to 4pm, Friday 9am to 3pm). Please note that the Helpline is experiencing a high volume of calls and it may take a couple of attempts before you get through to speak to an advisor. Alternatively, should you prefer to send a message, you can do so via their webform:

I hope this helps,
ChloeMod.
This sounds quite worrying, from what you describe relationship seems quite one sided. If things are going to improve you need to be able to talk about things, would a couple's therapy session be at all possible? Properly mediated discussion may make things easier to discuss, and allow emotional issues to be properly addressed.
Regarding house repair, have you had any legal advice on this? Document and video all evidence of problems with times/dates to give best chance.
