I am really sorry to start this thread as it is embarrassing but I just need to know if other people experience this too. 

Before I know that I need to go I feel either super tired or really really hot or both . 

My son who is also autistic gets feeling tired and needing to go to the toilet muddled up sometimes too. 

Do NTs get this? Is it an autistic thing or is it just us ?

    Hi. I sometimes have issues like this. I put my bowel issues down to anxiety for a long time, but I recently visited my GP and was sent for some further tests with a gastroenterologist.

    It could be nothing, but it's always worth checking whether there are any underlying medical issues.
