Was wondering does anyone have any take on the role diet plays with ASD? I was recently diagnosed and think I have a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veg but was curious to know if diet does have a general effect on autism or not

i agree, i was told about diet playing a part in ASD recently by a person who hadn’t got autism sometimes these people think they are offering us good advice in a way. i’m glad i’ve been diagnosed and can now manage myself and life in a better way
Any steps to improve your overall wellbeing are worth a try. I know there's no way to take away ASD, but I'm glad of that really - it's part of what makes me who I am, and the world would be boring if we were all the same As with everything, it has its benefits and its challenges.
