I started college this September just gone and have made up with my parents over disputes with them (for the most part). I have begun to feel as though I have more to do at weekends and that I'm not feeling too lonely too often, though it is early days and I've yet to get to a level where I can meet up with people outside of college. But prior to that I have considered joining a rambling club and to the park or outer London more often.
I’m glad to hear that you’ve made up with your parents, particularly after the problems in Tuscany.
