does anybody here get overloaded by the white light from smartphones and tablets? if I use a smartphone or tablet for say an hour I come away highly anxious, racing heart, racing thoughts, etc this is something what has affected me for years I haven't owned a smartphone in nearly 3 years but only recently have I thought its a sensory issue. I get it using my tablet also.
It's the blue light that causes problems mostly.
You can get glasses that help block blue light pretty well, quite cheaply.
I've never used them personally, I wear SSS tints, but I have two friends that work on monitors all day, and have said they help with the problems they have.

Pretty cheap, so might be worth a try.
