How often do we or should we bathe?

Is it once a day? Or even twice a day?  

Do people prefer baths or showers?

I live alone so there's no one to prompt me, saying " you smell, take a bath!"

    Back to me.  

    I had a bath on Wednesday because I wanted to be clean on Thursday, where I had two engagements, a job club on the computers and a one to one mock interview.  Then on Friday I attended a MIND organised 4 hour course on ' Coping with Christmas'.  Yesterday morning I went food shopping and some of the people in the cheap supermarket really did pong.  Now it's been four days and I just can't be arsed. Waiting for mushrooms to start growing.

    Back in my childhood, I was the dirty kid in class who sat alone.   Only baths once a week to be clean for church on Sundays.
