There isn't much out there I agree.

You'll get the hang of it, 2 out of 3 ain't bad! Shouldn't have thought of that bloody song! Now it will roll around my head, lol. I don't like Meat Loaf either!

It's quite difficult to find articles directed at ASD adults themselves, rather than parents / carers, and these three seemed the most sensible and informative with some quite good tips and information.

I particularly liked that they addressed the issue of worsening ASD traits in adulthood, not many articles mention that let alone offer up any explanations.

I'll need to get better at this whole making-links thing though  : /

Someone actually mentioning that SPD's are related to anxiety in Autism in an article! I don't really suffer with social anxiety too much but SPD's make my life a misery!

    THANK YOU!!!

I've spent the past 19-minutes since posting that trying to fix that first link but I couldn't find a way to do it, I was resorting to swearing at my laptop / the internet in general even although that has NEVER actually helped in that past - Grrrrrr!!

    Glad Tidings, Miss Endymion!

Apologies to begin upon a slight change of subject, but...

The first Link did not work for myself. Yet I Re-Copied and Pasted it, and this worked:

    http://aspiewriter.com/2015/07/people-with-aspergers-syndrome-may-experience-depression-differently-2.html

...One learns something new everyday...(?!) And that was to add:

    WWW .   or.      http: //

...to a "Link". Now I know, Thanks. With regards to the actual point of this Thread... I appreciate it, yet am quite fatigued right now. If none responds to this Reply, I may delete it, yet it is an FYI sort of thing. Thank You anyway, I mean that, really.
