I really hope that everyone finds a little piece of their mind to work for them tomorrow and no one feels rejected by their surroundings. We're all worth it... one way or another. 

I self taught and practiced when I first got it and played a bit in my room when I was at uni but I didn't keep it up afterwards. I think I have a mouth organ and recorder but don't play them either. We were taught recorder in primary school. Maybe I could tap a tambourine or ting a triangle. I liked the chime bar/xylophone at primary school too. 

Hi all just woke up! Yeah well my fault for waking up early this morning never a good idea on a Sunday, As much as I tried I just couldn't stay awake,nearly fell asleep in me shed.

Liking the pictures Robert I have recently been giving a new camera as a birthday pressie,not quite used to it but even I can select auto and point and shoot,it has wifi,so may be able to store pictures on this iPad,uh oh pictures of spanners and vices etc.Maybe a selfie? Not sure your ready for old Father Time Lol. Funny thing is I like my picture being taken I just don't like the results ha ha,

So Ellie and missy you got here eventually? I have a good mind to make you do lines for being late,"I must not be late!WALK not RUN" write that out until end of detention.

I did a lot of detention,after school punishment,usually for being late or getting caught out for not being in at all.some teachers allowed me for thier benefit to copy other children's school work! Outrageous and some kids found out and were furious.

So spotty treating yourself eh? Well done for finding something that gives enjoyment not just for you but others as well, So an artist and musician.You are so lucky to be gifted.I cannot paint only spanners and although I was taught how to play happy birthday on an acoustic guitar I soon forgot how.memory just doesn't do long sequences.I have so many musical instruments but cannot master one.I have enough to set up an orchestra,seriously,guitars acoustic and electric,violin,piano accordion,melodeon x2,electric drums,big electronic keyboard,trumpet,all sizes of recorder,every kind of percussion instruments,African two string instruments,clarinet to many to list but all collected over the years and unable to play any,well apart from percussion.

It must be nice being able to play a bass such mellow deep sounds,

So missy if you had a guitar does that mean you also can play one? I can see a band forming here? Tom what do you want to play and Ellie which one suits you?

I did have a lovely guitar which I gave to my niece but don't know what's happened to it. I like acoustic guitar singer song writer stuff. I listened to Amps off on planet rock but don't think they have it anymore. It's nice to get something you want that you've worked for.

The electric one lives in my studio and carrying it in and out would result in damage and lugging the amp as well. I'm hoping an acoustic will encourage me to practice around the house as part of my plan to change my rubbish life routines. I can but try, I've been saving my gardening money for years so I figure what the hell.

I had an on line chat with a very nice man called Richard who sells guitars in Stratford on Avon, about acoustic basses and have ordered one from him but I won't get it until November, I'm not a patient person with things like this so it will be frustrating but nice to have something to look forward to. That used my bravery up for the day!

Did my ramble through the forest yesterday.  Got lost, got almost attacked by aggressive dogs,  got stuck in the mud and took a tumble.  

On +ve note.  Took lovely forest photos.

This morning, laundry and cleaning mud of my shoes.
