i wrote a long post today and the deleted it...nearly took myself off the forum today after yesterday's thread ..but then this afternoon happened.
we look after each other here...and I hope that reassures you.....remember what I said about hamster bedding...it gets ruffled and then we need time to reflect and to put everything back together again to feel safe x
Tiger mothers....guard our most valuable
X I just realised why you might think that.. I did read your very thoughtful post on one of the threads today but I was out at the time and wanted to re-read it before replying. I can't face looking to see if it's still there. Yes I do find changes made like that difficult too and can understand why it would affect you that way especially if you have a routine. I'm glad you found the article interesting. It's a bit of a strange concept to grasp. But I don't want to talk about that now just wanted you to know I appreciated what you wrote.
We do quite a good job of it too! x
Thank you Spotty
but please be honest if I rattle your spots....I find friendships difficult...more so the more I want them to succeed. x
good to hear from you Misfit....still thinking of your g.pig under the newspaper x
️x please don't go. Thanks again both of you. A new day tomorrow.
Hi Heather
i am 42 with one teenage son. I have recently self diagnosed....lots of research and high scores on online tests.
this is a safe place and we look after each other
Hello Heather and welcome. I've got as far as being referred by my GP, but that was nearly six weeks ago and I haven't heard a squeak from any one. It is usually very friendly and supportive here.
I think we know who caused the upset and it wasn't you.
Hi Heather, welcome to the group :)
