20170730 - ASD women

Ha! Just found this thread. I have a lot of learning to do re threads and posting! So it is right then.. we like animals, nature, ( spludging in mud?) open spaces,  art and being creative and research.. Please nudge me when you start a new one or do I look at the home page? Mm how does it work? Yes I'm mid 50's and sometimes feel like 90 but you still feel the same inside. I came across this saying which I think is excellent.. "you don't stop laughing because you grown old , you grow old because you've stopped laughing " so keep laughing or at least smiling.

The Happy space is finding this group but I'm right in there with the communication struggles and the off switch.

As you can imagine I didn't stop at just one 

Mcvities., treated myself as on offer in co-op.. 

Deeply jealous....regular digestives or hobnobs?

Hey Elephant. We've all been/are there too. It's one of those allow yourself time out days and if you can do something that gives you comfort. I've done the "have to do today" bit and now having a cup of tea and dark chocolate digestive biscuit and intend to read but not quite settled enough to open the book.
