  • Hi - Recently diagnosed (at 51 years) from a welcome referral from GP instead of the more usual medication route for anxiety/depression/acute stress etc.  Really made sense of the continual work and relationship difficulties which had been apparent for over 40 years.  Tip of the asperger on facebook is an insightful blog.  Books - have read many - the Reason why I jump and 7 seven times down 8 times up are both brilliant and I keep dipping into these.  Also Lorna Wing's writing. Sarah Hendricx and Robyn Steward too.  New at communicating but very happy to try my best.
