Hi
I've got an interview on Wednesday for a role at work I'd really like to get and one I've been covering since the previous holder of the position left the company several weeks ago.
My biggest concern is the question which is bound to come about working with others and how I'll manage people as if I get the position I'll be promoted into a management role.
Any hints and tips for the interview would be great.
