I believe their are some people attracted to some Autistic characteristics. I don't know about your label? 

There are groups online who call themselves devotees.

They like to watch disabled people in doors doing everything.

They like if the person finds ordinary things difficult.  

Is it sexual? Its at least voyerism.  

But ok if the disabled person consents to this.  

I'm sure some make money from this. I saw a programme about it recentish.

As for those seeking a high functioning asd person. 

I would be a bit weary of that.  I'm under the impression some  think asd women or men will be gullable able to control or easy to wind up for their entertainment.

Can control be exciting to a person with a personality disorder or a potential pimp who grooms adults. 

Yes I think so.  Is that sexual yes.  

To answer your question there are couples that are married to asd people that accept their partners for who they are. 

Back in the day I knew some. Are they together now don't know?

Its nice to hear when some one just likes a person for who they are rather then what condition they have.
