hello does any1 know how long the tribunal process takes, I was assessed for PIP by capita were there nurse who was nice and came to my home recommend I get the full daily living part but the DWP didn't want to pay my claim so made up excuses/ lies to reject what the capita assessment had recommend anyway it's been over a month now from send the tribunal forms of and I haven't had a decision yet. I have to ask for a paper review as the whole thing to date has taken 9 months so far and I can't cope with any more of the "help" the govement has put in place for disabled people. I have autism, dyslexia, short term memory problems, hearing loss, anxiety and sensory issues to bright light. I have to were dark glass to go out doors and struggle at night because of street lights and head lights from cars Block and Hurt my vision. The lovely people at the DWP basically said I'm not disabled enough!
