It's just I have asked about these questions ages ago and the problem is... I don't really know if it's a huge problem or not but it's been effecting my brain in a way as my manager seems to be copying one of my hobbies and it's really annoying me for some reason. Like whenever I buy a new game, or like a new Anime, he's so nosy and wants to know what the latest update on my game and Anime is and he was never interested in Anime until I joined the job. The thing what annoys me the most is that It's making me regretful of ever telling him the names of Anime I like and stuff etc and now after a few years, I have learnt to keep things private and not share the Anime I watch with him now. It feels like it just invades my privacy in my personal life a lot as last week, I bought the new Attack on Titan game, I tried to hide it from him but it was so difficult as we work in the same room, he saw the bag and asked me what it is and then I had no choice but to show him, then he ends up googling it etc like whatever names of Anime or games that I mention out. I'm just thinking why the hell is it his business? He's now 40ish and I'm 25 years old, If he's trying to connect with me in some way, it's not working because it makes my mind really worried that he's going to copy exactly what I do like buy the Attack on Titan game as well and play it etc, I just feel so angry because he's way too old to be copying what people my age like, and he just needs to accept that he is getting old and not to try his best to catch up with trends for young people.I just keep thinking "hope he doesn't copy me on this, that etc)
Because he watched Anime ones that I mentioned about to him before cos he asked what I liked, it's this that that got me worried and annoyed and it's how this issue started. He copied my hairstyle so I changed it now to a fringe hairstyle (I'm male) and it's been a year and fortunatly he didn't copy this new hairstyle! But he did say something about doing my hairstyle last week and I don't even know if he was joking or not, but if he does start to copy my fringe style that'll be another thing and I really want to consider leaving jobs just because of this issue? I'm really not sure because it's so diffcult to get a new job, the comfort zone of a aspie would be so difficult as well because I learnt and know and I'm used to everything I do in my current job and you never know what the other people will be like in a new job? Apart from the copying issue, my manager is a nice person so what is even the best thing to suggest for this problem?
