Hi. I'm an Aspie but I don't self harm. So sorry to hear about people who do. Hope this forum can give you some support to not feel so bad.
I hope you don't mind me asking, but would anyone who has experience of self harming be prepared to givea any ideas about how to help a teenager who is self harming? I have a colleague who is a parent to a teenager in this situation and counselling at camhs doesn't help unfortunately.
