Q-Tales - ebooks for children with autism

Hello,

This discussion is regarding the Q-Tales literacy project that is co-funded by the European Union under the Horizon 2020 programme.
Q-Tales is a unique e-book platform that combines various tools which authors and illustrators can use to create e-books and encourage reading among children with special needs (i.e. autism). Through this platform e-book and app creators will be able to exhibit their work, find partners, collaborate in creating unique bundled products and receive feedback on their work by experts such as educators, developmental psychology experts and publishers – having always in mind that they serve the rich and indispensable European heritage in children literature and children education themes.
Q-Tales is developed to encourage reading among children, especially those with special needs.
More information on the project can be found here
I would like to invite individuals from the Autism communities to join the Q-Tales Curation Network of literacy professionals who provide curation on e-books before they are published on the Q-Tales platform. The Curation Network enables authors and illustrators to receive quality feedback on their work in order to encourage children to engage in e-reading.
Your expert curation will be an invaluable contribution towards children's literature in the UK and Europe.

Please do contact me should you have any questions regarding the Q-Tales project and its contribution to the children with autism.
