Support for Adults?

There are a number of "Hospital" or "Health" passports online. Many of them are for people with learning disabilities but some are for autism. Google "autism" and "passport" and loads will come up.

When I was at the NAS we created a  Passport to individual autism support, which can be found way down this page: www.autism.org.uk/maturity

(The NAS website has been redesigned into an even worse mess than the abysmal design they set out to improve).

This is more about who you are, your sensory and communications issues, etc, than about pills and people to call.
