Exhausted - ASD thing?

I've not long had a diagnosis of aspergers, so i'm still educating myself.

My partner is worried about how tired I am recently, (probably the pass 6 - 8 months)

Basically if I stop I fall asleep, at my desk at work, on the sofa, the second im in bed.

I'm wondering is this common in ASD, I used to sleep for a bit after getting home from school/uni. but these days with a full time job and being my partners carer there isn't time.

She thinks I'm vit deficent - which i could be Diets never been a strong one for me. But I thought I'd just ask here first see if its common.

There are lots of possible causes of this. As SO says, thyroid is a possibility.

Sleep problems are widespread in people with ASD and lack of sleep at the right time can lead to problems at other times. I have found that I need to use blackout curtains to stop me from waking at 5am when the sun rises. This is a problem that is worse in summer and it may be as simple as that. So, are you sleeping well at night?
