Does this happen with other people with aspergers

I seem to have difficulty to getting my words out when talking sevral times during the whole week, it even happened during my assessment and the psychologist noticed

Why does it happen and is it part of aspergers? 

Also does anyone need to use pictures with words, instead of just words cause apperently  i struggle with just words and was told i may be better with using pictures instead of just words

  • Oh okay thanks and im not sure if i have dyspraxia or not, but looks likely i have aspergers just got to see psychologist next month, i cant explain properly what happens with my speech and language its hard to explain 

    and i mean picture cards apperently would be useful for me to use,  i find it difficult to picture things in my head and draw them was wondering if people with aspergers usually use picture cards
