Hello, I am a 26 year old autistic man.

I’m new to this community, and I wanted to introduce myself and say hello! I’m an autistic adult looking to connect with other autistic people, learn from their experiences, and hopefully make some new friends along the way.

Some of my biggest interests are anime, marvel, dc, Godzilla, transformers, video games, and strength training. I’m especially passionate about unconventional lifting, which has become a huge part of my life!

I’m also interested in hearing about other autistic adults’ experiences with friendships, finding a sense of belonging, and navigating everyday life. Often it can be difficult to find people who understand your experiences, and I’d love to connect with others who can relate.

What are some of your interests or hobbies? I’d love to hear about them!

  • Hi   welcome to the community! I'm 38 years old female, have no friends where I'm living, but in total I have one friend for 20 years. It's hard with her anyway, last few years it's all misunderstandings. I have no more friends although I would like. Only here I found some penpals snd this site although only online gave me the sense of belonging. This is tge first and as for now only place where I belong and am understood. My special interest is space, astronomy and aliens. And I love playing lego blocks, I publish here comics made of lego blocks. This is my last one:

    Nice to meet you. I am sorry about the no friends where you live. The misunderstandings with that one friend sounds tough too. Well nice that the penpals and this site helped with a sense of belonging. Yeah it’s online but I’d say it still matters. And I am glad you finally found your place of belonging here too. Those are definitely pretty cool special interests that you got. I do have interest in aliens myself too. And I do find legos as a cool hobby too. I played and built them for a time as a kid. Also nice lego comics story. And thank you, I appreciate that.
