An official review in England has found there is a risk of people being over-diagnosed with ADHD and autism.

I’ve added the BBC link, the article is being updated constantly.

  • To be brutally honest, I was diagnosed with autism at 6, and just this year my clinician says I have adhd.

Deep down? I don't feel I have it, but that's just me. That said, an ADHD diagnosis offers me one thing I feel the belittlers/infantilizers enjoy about autism, medication. Due to that, I'll fight tooth and nail to achieve normalcy.

It's sickening that this chance could be taken away from people.  Don't we get enough **** without a media witchunt? Stuff Channel Four as well, I don't care what followups they do, making content like they did a few months back causes genuine damage. Same with Benefits Street way back when.
